Concussions, Brain Trauma, and Adults

Following concussion, stroke, or brain injury, cognitive therapy program is the bridge between the completion of physical rehabilitation and the successful return to sports and daily life. The cognitive skills training activities are beneficial for victims of post- concussion syndrome and concussion symptoms, Parkinson's, traumatic brain injury, adult ADHD, dementia, Alzheimer's, and more.
The SOI assessment is a broad spectrum test which identifies 27 different intellectual abilities identifying areas of strength as well as identifying weaknesses in cognitive faculties. The diagnostic information then determines an individualized program to develop any weak or low performing areas to increase the brain's processes and to overcome day-to-day deficiencies.
Neurologically the brain is reignited, begins, and connections begin or return.  Thus the SOI cognitive training materials are used to:
  • Restore brain function
  • Increase auditory and visual processing
  • Improve and restore memory
  • Enhance creativity, judgment, and evaluation
  • Ignite problem solving skills
Dr. St. Laurent will address the root causes of dysfunction and improve the function of any brain. He is your Flower Mound chiropractor who uses neurology to improve lives.
